- Assign a Project Manager and a Site Supervisor, so you have direct access to someone who is accountable for the work being done;
- Conduct pre-construction meetings, to discuss all angles and organize all details;
- Create schedules and plans with your input and sign-off;

- Call weekly site meetings to discuss the progress of the job; and,
